What is TOPSoccer?
TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team program for youth athletes with disabilities. TOPSoccer programming in Wisconsin is organized by volunteers. TOPS is designed to provide an opportunity of socialization, learning, and physical activity to any boy or girl, typically ages 5-19, who has a cognitive or physical disability. Nebraska has TOPS locations across the state. The local programs are run autonomously with support from NSS.
